Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments including installation, updates, roles and features, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Provide support for Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10/11) including configuration, patching, and issue resolution.
Work with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) for administration and support.
Administer Office 365 including user creation, license management, mailbox configuration, and email troubleshooting.
Perform routine server and workstation maintenance, including monitoring, backups, and applying security updates.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues and provide support for routers, switches, and firewall devices.
Perform basic Linux administration involving updates, user management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Use PowerShell for basic automation, script execution, and administrative tasks.
Provide end-user IT support through remote tools and on-site assistance.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement operational improvements, new solutions, and best practices.
Continuously learn and upskill in areas such as networking, virtualization, cloud services, and automation.
Must have Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows Desktop OS.
Good understanding of Office 365 administration and cloud-based tools.
Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching).
Intermediate-level experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
Good to have:
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience working with backup solutions and disaster recovery tools.
