Job Description

The IT Operations Manager will oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, networks, and applications. The role demands a leader who can maintain stability and efficiency while embracing new technologies that enhance productivity and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management

Oversee daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and data storage. Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of IT systems. Manage system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity processes.

2. IT Support and Service Delivery

Lead and mentor the IT support team to deliver high-quality technical assistance to users. Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs). Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

3. Security and Compliance

Maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data. Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection laws, and regulatory requirements. Regularly review and update IT security protocols and risk assessments.

4. Vendor and Asset Management

Manage relationships with hardware, software, and service vendors. Oversee procurement, licensing, and maintenance of IT assets. Evaluate vendor performance and cost-effectiveness.

5. Strategic Planning and Projects

Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals. Drive implementation of new systems, upgrades, and digital transformation projects. Prepare and manage the IT operations budget efficiently.

6. Team Leadership

Supervise IT operations staff, providing guidance, motivation, and professional development. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
