Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and driven
Renewals & Operations Specialist
to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service contracts, support product operations, and coordinate the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). This role bridges customer engagement, internal operations, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless renewals, optimized support workflows, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Renewal Management:
Proactively manage renewals for software licenses, firewall, WHMCS tool handling, support contracts, AMC subscriptions, and product maintenance agreements
Work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure timely renewals and upsell opportunities
Communicate with customers to present renewal options, pricing, and contract changes.
Generating Invoice under WHMCS tool and handover that invoice to Accounts Department.
Operational Support:
Maintain contract data in CRM and renewal management systems
Manage IT support teams, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Generate renewal forecasts, reports, and risk analysis for leadership
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), key metrics, and contract compliance
Product & Service Coordination:
Collaborate with product teams to align renewal and AMC offerings with product updates and lifecycle changes
Assist in the rollout of new product features, updates, and support documentation
Ensure operations processes are aligned with product changes and customer needs
Provide products training to all employees as well clients.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): Related to CCTV
Support onboarding and lifecycle management for AMC customers
Coordinate with technical teams to schedule application support, updates, and incident resolution
Ensure smooth handoff between implementation and ongoing AMC support phases
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT operations.
Strong knowledge of network and system administration
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
.
