Job Description

IT opening (Python and backend frameworks) with a reputed MarTech agency in Mumbai.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI preferred).
Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Experience integrating or deploying machine learning models.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Ability to write clean, modular, well-documented code.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have :-
Exposure to ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, or asynchronous task queues (Celery, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with model monitoring, MLflow, Feast, or basic feature store concepts.
Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
Soft Skills :-
Strong ownership mindset.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 Years in a startup environment
