Position : IT Officer

: Handling IT Infra Support (Hardware & Software)

Handling Server & Networking Implementation and Management

Handling Software Implementations

Qualification : MTech / BTech / B.sc with Degree of Certified Courses

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Profile

Experience in Managing IT Infra (hardware, networking etc ) and software trouble shooting.

Experience in Installation, Configuration, Monitoring & Management of Servers & VM.

Knowledge in creation of Domain polices, users , OU & windows policies.

Knowledge in configuration and managing mailing issues (0365 - MS Outlook - Archival, Repair & Backup )

Knowledge of configuring and Scheduling of user and application data backups on disk and cloud through backup software's.

Experience in managing and monitoring of Firewall , Routers , Mpls and Internet Leaselines

Experience in monitoring and managing of Antivirus , Security , CCTV and Patch Management of client systems & servers

Experience in managing & tracking of IT assets, Amc & software Licenses

Managing Teams and Zoom meetings

Managing all IT audits

Good Communication skills

Management of any ERP, SQL Database will be added advantage

Location : Mumbai & only Mumbai candidates will be considered

Emoluments : Salary will be commensurate with Industry

Centrally Trouble shooting and handling of all Servers , Desktops , Networking & Software issues at Head Office , Plants & Depots

Daily Monitoring of all Server Logs , Database Logs , Events & immediate action on issues

Daily Monitoring of Backup logs , Data Backups on Tape & Hard disk and Data Restoration

Centrally Monitoring of Antivirus Server & handling all virus issues

Centrally monitoring of Firewall logs , configuring of policy and managing all Firewalls

Managing & Monitoring of Mail Servers & handling all mailing issues

Configuring and Managing Wifi & router setup.

Coordinating with AMC Support Vendors , Oem & Service providers for all Hardware , Firewall , Antivirus , Mailserver & Connectivity issues

Patch Management and Security Management of all servers and IT Network

Managing IT Audits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
