Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and hardware.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance.
Handle and manage company IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network devices.
Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, asset allocation, and usage.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor system performance, backups, and ensure basic security compliance.
Ensure adherence to company IT policies and procedures.
Oversee day-to-day office administrative operations.
Handle incoming calls, visitors, and official correspondence professionally.
Support the HR team with onboarding, employee engagement activities, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee attendance records and administrative data.
Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and coordinate with facility service providers.
Manage courier services, housekeeping, and general maintenance activities.
Assist management with reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
