Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT/Non-IT Recruiter with at least

4 years

of experience in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of both technical and non-technical hiring processes and possess excellent sourcing, screening, and closing capabilities.

B.Tech or MCA

degree is mandatory for this role, ensuring a strong technical foundation to understand diverse job requirements.

Key Skills:

Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment Familiarity with technical job roles, skills, and terminology Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Ability to manage multiple open positions with a sense of urgency
