Job Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic and technically skilled IT Executive

who can manage

field-level IT, networking, and LED display maintenance

. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both in the office and on-site at client locations, ensuring seamless operation of LED screens and connectivity systems.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Display Maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in LED display systems, media players, and routers. Regularly monitor, maintain, and update LED display systems installed at client locations. Install, configure, and test digital display hardware and networking components. Maintain proper functioning of display content and network connectivity.

Networking & Connectivity

Handle configuration and maintenance of routers, modems, and Wi-Fi networks for LED display systems. Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/4G routers). Ensure stable data transmission between the control system and display units.

Field Support

Visit apartments, commercial complexes, and community locations for on-site troubleshooting. Perform preventive maintenance and report issues to the technical head. Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity or equipment support. Maintain service reports and update logs for all field visits.

General IT Support

Maintain IT inventory including media players, routers, and cables. Assist in configuration of office systems when required. Support installation of new screens and setups during project rollouts.

Requirements

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.

Experience:

1-3 years in IT support, networking, or field service roles (freshers with solid technical knowledge can apply).

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, IP configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with routers, switches, and internet connectivity setup. Knowledge of Windows OS and basic hardware repair.

Other Requirements:

Must possess a

two-wheeler

with a valid driving license. Willingness to travel to multiple client sites in a day. Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
