Responsibilities

:

Documentation:

Help maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting guides.

Security support:

Assist in implementing and managing security tools, policies, and procedures, such as firewalls and VPNs.

Collaboration:

Work with other IT team members and vendors to resolve issues and support larger network projects and deployments.

Support:

Provide first-line technical support to users for basic network-related problems.
