Network & Infrastructure Management

Monitor, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.

Manage and secure connectivity across offices, data centers, and cloud environments.

Implement and maintain network security policies, access controls, and VPNs.

Perform periodic network health checks, backups, and firmware updates.

Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for uptime and performance issues. User Support & Systems Administration

Provide L1/L2 technical support for end-user systems, printers, and connectivity issues.

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, and endpoint configurations.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Support onboarding/offboarding of employees, ensuring IT assets and access are properly managed.

Log, track, and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain updated network diagrams, IP inventory, and system documentation.

Support IT audits, patch compliance, and security reviews.

Follow ITIL-based service and change management processes. Qualifications and Experience Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Diploma holders with strong hands-on experience may also be considered. Certifications (preferred):

CCNA / CompTIA Network+ / Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator

ITIL Foundation (optional but preferred) Experience:

3-6 years of relevant experience in IT network administration and end-user support. Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.

Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, or similar network devices.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 admin center, Intune, and Azure AD.

Working knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint management, and remote support tools.

Basic understanding of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud networking. Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Clear communication and user-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team under time constraints.

Proactive and service-oriented mindset.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
