Job Summary:
We are looking for an MS Office Trainer to teach people how to use Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The trainer will help learners improve their computer skills for personal or professional use.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to individuals or groups.
Create easy-to-understand training materials and exercises.
Explain software functions in a simple and clear way.
Help learners practice and apply what they've learned.
Track learner progress and give feedback.
Answer questions and provide support during and after training.
Keep up to date with the latest MS Office features and updates.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience as a trainer or teacher is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Patience and the ability to explain things clearly.
Basic computer and internet skills.
