Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and hardware . Manage system backups, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection measures . Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues . Ensure smooth functioning of internal communication systems, servers, and applications . Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers for system upgrades and maintenance . Implement and maintain company-wide IT policies and security compliance . Support digital initiatives, including website maintenance, server management, and software deployment . Maintain IT inventory, licensing records, and documentation of all system activities . Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements for efficiency . Technical & Professional Skills: Expertise in Windows/Linux servers, network configuration, and troubleshooting . Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, routers, and cloud systems . Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and data management . Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and IT ticketing tools . Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills . #
