Roles and Responsibilities To act as a thought leader to all business functions across the organization on
technology applications deployments, systems support, Infrastructure support (
DC , Cloud, End Use , Network , information security framework) and IT
Operations & Application (Cisco Webex, Microsoft 360, Gsuit, ERP Infor)
Lead and inspire the application teams to engage with the business and identify
new functionality, prioritize systems availability, performance, scale , develop
plans and all aspects of the business to create business success.
Provide digital transformation solutions that engage executive management and
diverse teams at all levels with the development of IT roadmaps with the vision,
strategy, and release plans
To ensure maximization of leveraging of technology to meet business objective
by identifying the opportunities where the technology involvement can be
enhanced or started; influence the stakeholders for leveraging the technology
To ensure high availability all applications in ecosystem run smoothly.
Overall responsible to ensure systems availability, performance, scale in a
secured environment across data center , cloud and End User assets in the
growing eco system.
Lead a team responsible for the day-to-day technology infrastructure
engineering, enterprise business systems, desktop and productivity tools and
technology operational functions.
