Role: Assistant IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day IT operations at the resort, hotel, and staff facilities. Oversee hardware, software, networks, servers, and data backup systems. Provide technical support for staff (email, printers, Wi-Fi, PMS, POS, etc.). Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues across departments. Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance, CCTV, and internet connectivity. Ensure cybersecurity measures and data privacy compliance are maintained. Support and maintain hotel management software (PMS, POS, Accounting systems). Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades or new property setups. Train staff on IT policies, system usage, and data security. Prepare IT asset inventory and maintenance records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT support or IT administration (hospitality background preferred). Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud backups. Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, CRM, Wi-Fi controllers). Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
