Job Description

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Operations
Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, storage, data centers, and plant IT systems
Ensure high availability of IT systems supporting plant operations
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity at plant and corporate level
SCADA / OT Systems Support
Support SCADA, plant monitoring systems, data loggers, PLC/DCS interfaces, and OT network integration
Coordinate with OEMs, EPC, and O&M teams for SCADA and plant system upgrades
Ensure secure integration between IT and OT networks
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement cybersecurity policies, firewalls, endpoint security, antivirus, and access controls
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and other relevant standards
Conduct periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery drills
ERP, Applications & Data Management
Support ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), CMMS, asset management, and reporting tools
Manage databases, backups, and disaster recovery systems
Enable data analytics and performance dashboards for plant management
Vendor & Project Management
Manage IT vendors, system integrators, and service providers
Lead IT-related projects including system upgrades, automation, and digital initiatives
Prepare IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost optimization
Team Leadership & Support
Lead and mentor IT support staff at plant level
Provide 24/7 support readiness for critical plant IT systems
Conduct training and awareness programs for plant users
