? Lead and manage the local IT team across helpdesk, infrastructure, and systems functions.
? Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
? Act as the final escalation point for technical issues, providing hands-on support where needed.
? Oversee IT onboarding/offboarding and enforce access control policies and role-based permissions.
? Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
System Administration
? Administer and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers (Windows/Linux).
? Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and system patching.
? Maintain and support Google Workspace, (Gmail, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft 365.
? Ensure system resilience through backup solutions, regular testing, and capacity planning. Implement and manage device compliance, software deployment, and policy enforcement.
Network & Firewall Management
? Oversee LAN/WAN operations, including switches, routers, firewalls, enterprise Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
