Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop a sense of understanding of the company's ERP software (Ginesys: https://www.ginesys.in) and solve day to day software related queries.
- Work on different modules of Ginesys and manage the data entry team on a daily basis
- Provide support to employees with a computer or other technical difficulties.
- Supervise data entry employees and solve day to day issues.
- Provide reports of current status as per the upper management requirements.
- Generate ideas for improving technical products.
- Have a role in improvising processes around technology in the company.
- Generate reports according to the management needs
- 1-3 years of full-time experience working with any ERP software.
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology or similar field;
