Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the entire
video and audio post-production pipeline
, including DI, editing, color grading, VFX, sound design, mixing, and mastering.
Maintain and troubleshoot systems using
Blackmagic Design hardware
,
Pro Tools
,
DaVinci Resolve
,
Premiere Pro
, and other key tools.
Set up and optimize workstations (
Mac & Windows
), SSD storage,
GPUs
,
DAWs
,
audio interfaces
,
sync I/O
, and calibrated projectors/displays.
Administer
shared storage (NAS/SAN)
and manage high-speed media transfer using tools like
LucidLink
,
Frame.io
,
FTP/SFTP
.
Ensure robust
networking
, data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
Provide responsive, real-time support for editorial, color, and sound teams.
Lead IT support staff and coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years in an IT role within
post-production, DI, or sound studios
.
Proficiency in both
video and sound post workflows
.
Experience with:
Blackmagic Design
(DeckLink, UltraStudio)
Pro Tools

Nuendo

Resolve

Premiere
Dolby Atmos
, surround sound, sync workflows
Strong in
Mac & Windows admin
, GPU/SSD optimization, and shared storage.
