Overview

We are looking for a skilled

IT Administrator

who can take care of the company's complete IT setup -- including

computers, network, data storage, and cybersecurity

. The person will ensure that all systems run smoothly, data is safe, and employees get proper IT support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day IT operations including computers, servers, and internet network. Manage and maintain

data storage systems (NAS)

for regular backups and safe storage. Look after system security -- antivirus, firewall, and data protection settings. Create and follow

IT security policies

to keep company data safe. Monitor system performance and fix any technical or network issues. Manage

data backup and recovery systems

to prevent data loss. Help manage

basic cloud services

like Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS. Take care of

software updates, license renewals, and hardware maintenance

. Train staff on basic

cyber safety practices

and secure computer use. Keep records of all IT systems, equipment, and network setup.

Requirements & Skills

4-6 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration. Good understanding of

computer networks, internet safety, and data storage systems

. Experience with

Microsoft 365, firewalls, antivirus, and data backup tools

. Knowledge of

basic cloud management

(like Azure or AWS). Experience with

server management

or virtual machines (like VMware or Hyper-V) preferred. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple IT tasks independently. Good communication and time-management skills.

Education:

Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Added Advantage:

IT or cybersecurity certifications (like CompTIA Security+, CEH).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Panipat, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
