Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

IT Manager

to oversee the school's technology infrastructure, manage digital systems, ensure smooth functioning of hardware & software, and support all technical requirements of the school.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, printers, projectors, and smart boards. Ensure uninterrupted functioning of the school's network, Wi-Fi, and internet services. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues quickly.

2. Software & System Administration

Manage school ERP, attendance systems, online portals, LMS platforms, and examination modules. Handle system upgrades, antivirus updates, and data security measures. Ensure regular backups and protect data from threats, breaches, and cyber risks.

3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical support to teachers, administrative staff, and students. Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, projectors, and smart class equipment. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, procurement, and AMC services.

4. Digital Teaching Support

Assist teachers with smart-class usage, ICT support, and multimedia tools. Ensure proper functioning of digital classrooms and AV equipment. Maintain digital content and technical readiness for academic activities.

5. Website, Communication & Security Systems

Maintain and update the school website, online forms, and digital notices (if required). Oversee CCTV cameras, biometric systems, and other digital security equipment. Ensure proper backup of CCTV footage and monitor system health.

6. Planning, Documentation & Management

Maintain inventory of all IT assets, licenses, and warranties. Plan annual IT budgets, upgrades, and replacements. Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance logs.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/BCA/MCA or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT management or technical support. Strong understanding of networks, hardware, OS, software systems, and security. Experience in managing IT systems in schools or institutions preferred.

Skills Required

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good knowledge of networks, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Hands-on experience with computer maintenance and smart-class equipment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to technical issues. Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
