Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee technology operations, manage IT systems, and ensure the secure and efficient use of information technology. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to align IT infrastructure with business needs and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Manage software upgrades, integrations, and system performance optimization. Establish and enforce IT security policies, risk management, and data protection measures. Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance. Design and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans. Supervise and mentor IT team members, fostering skill development and productivity. Provide technical support and oversee helpdesk operations to resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with leadership and departments to deliver IT solutions that support business processes. Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and external service providers. Research and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation and digital transformation. Continuously improve IT processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in IT management or senior IT roles. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, databases, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection standards. Hands-on experience in IT project management, system upgrades, and process optimization. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
