Job Title: IT Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in server administration, networking, backup solutions, security standards, and Azure cloud management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing a team of technical professionals. Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Implement and maintain backup solutions for all critical systems and data
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other security standards
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user management, security groups, and permissions
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Manage a team of technical professionals, including performance reviews, coaching, and training
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, security, and scalability
- 8-10 years of experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, backup solutions, security standards, and Azure cloud management
- Experience with CCNA, Microsoft, and ISO 27001
- Expertise in Active Directory, including user management and security groups
- Experience with managing Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
