Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for arranging and managing

SIM cards, desktops, laptops

, and other IT hardware for employees. Handle

software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

for all departments. Provide quick and effective solutions for

IT-related issues

to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain and monitor all systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance. Ensure data security, backups, and IT compliance within the organization. Offer

smart troubleshooting skills

and resolve issues with minimum downtime. Support daily operations of branches and HO for any technical requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an

IT Executive / IT Manager

, preferably in the

logistics industry

. Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and basic server operations. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printers, and software issues. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Immediate joining is mandatory.
