Responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, data security, and timely support to all users.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain networks, servers, hardware, and software.
Ensure cybersecurity, data backups, and IT policy compliance.
Lead IT helpdesk and resolve technical issues promptly.
Oversee ERP, system administration, and user access controls.
Manage vendors, AMC, IT assets, and technology procurement.
Plan IT upgrades, improvements, and budget requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science.
5+ years of IT operations experience.
Strong knowledge of networking, systems, and security.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
