Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled

IT Manager

to oversee the foundation's technology infrastructure and digital operations. The ideal candidate will manage IT systems, ensure network security, support digital transformation, and provide hands-on technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes. Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, and procurement of IT assets. Support internal teams with day-to-day technical issues and system enhancements. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency. Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with data protection norms. Coordinate with management on IT budgets, new technology adoption, and digital initiatives. Provide training and support to employees on new tools and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT management or system administration. Strong knowledge of networking, servers, security systems, and cloud tools. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, antivirus, and data management tools. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills. Experience in NGO or multi-location setups is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
