Role Overview

We are seeking an

IT Manager

from the

Broking industry

with hands-on experience in

ODIN software, Firewall management, Virtualization, and IT Infrastructure

. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, compliance, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support

ODIN software

for trading operations. Configure and maintain

firewalls, routers, and switches

to ensure network security. Oversee

server management, virtualization (Hyper-V & VMware), and backup systems

. Ensure

IT compliance, audits, and documentation

as per industry standards. Administer

mail servers

and ensure business continuity. Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely support to business users. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for IT upgrades and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in the

Broking/Financial Services industry

. Hands-on knowledge of

ODIN software

. Expertise in

Firewall, Routers, Switches, and Server Management

. Strong knowledge of

Virtualization (Hyper-V & VMware)

. Experience in

IT compliance, audit readiness, and security policies

. Knowledge of

backup solutions and disaster recovery planning

. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field
