Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, hardware, and software systems. Lead the IT team in the design, development, implementation, and support of technology systems. Manage IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and support business growth. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, and services. Monitor IT performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Provide technical support and training to users across the organization. Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and security standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
