Job Description

Role Summary As an I.T. Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of I.T related to stores and Head Office. Along with your team, you will be responsible for improving and updating software and hardware systems. This role also requires developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organization. The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, structured execution, and a focus on improving the implementation of hardware and software platforms to enhance retail operations and thereby customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Point of Sale and CRM Platform Management

Work with business stakeholders to evaluate, project manage and deploy POS and CRM systems.

Ensure timely resolution to any issues arising from the IT software and hardware both for the head-office and retail teams.

Ensuring that retail systems are functional, recording accurate information and that data integrity is reflected in the relevant analytic reports.

Configure new SaaS platforms and ensure transfer of knowledge to the relevant members on any new software or hardware platforms introduced in the Company.

Ensure the security of data, access control levels, network access and backup systems across all platforms.

Conduct regular audits to determine networks and platform requirements. 2. IT Infrastructure management and Security of IT Systems

Manage holistically the company's information technology and computer systems pan-India.

Design and implement hardware platforms for retail stores including CCTV systems, in-store music and video, foot-fall counters and software applications layered on this hardware to provide retail analytics to the business teams.

Design, implement and enforce policies, procedures and best IT practices.

Manage IT infrastructure and software costs to an optimal level without hampering the quality.

Implement end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives and operations.



Developing in-house processes (SOP's) for effective working. o Run regular checks on network and data security. o Preserve assets, information security and control structures. 3. Website Management o Manage functions related to the set up and ongoing performance of the e commerce websites of the company. o Ensure regular updates as provided by cross-functional teams are implemented on the company's website. o Integrate e-commerce platforms with the retail POS and CRM systems to provide the business teams a unified view of the customer journey. Key Skills and Competencies o Candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience. o Hands-on experience in the configuration and on-going administration of retail POS and CRM systems like Olabi, ETP, GoFrugal and Odoo as well as the Shopify e-commerce platform. o Configuration and management of Tally software. o Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software systems including management of an on-premise server. o Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation. o Experience in handling a multi-location set-up would be an advantage.
