Job Description

Job Summary:
The IT Head will be responsible for leading and managing AMG's overall IT strategy, ensuring robust systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technological innovation across our global offices. This role will focus on maintaining business continuity, optimizing digital operations, and supporting the company's publishing and events platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the group-wide IT strategy aligned with AMG's business goals.
Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and cybersecurity across all offices (UK, US, and India).
Lead, guide, and manage the IT team to deliver timely support and efficient operations.
Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
Supervise implementation and maintenance of publishing, CRM, and ERP systems.
Collaborate with editorial, production, events, and digital teams to improve technology use.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
Establish and maintain IT policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in media, publishing, or digital industries.
Strong expertise in systems administration, network security, and cloud solutions.
Proven track record of managing multi-location IT operations.
Excellent communication in English, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred:
Experience with CMS platforms, Microsoft Suites, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.
