Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to oversee all technology-related operations of the Group. The ideal candidate should have expertise in IT troubleshooting, network administration, and software maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks. Update and patch software and hardware to ensure security and stability. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues. Install and maintain antivirus software. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Experience with Windows operating systems such as Windows 10 ,11 and especially Windows Server 2019. Maintain IT assets such as Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Printers, Firewalls, CCTV, Telephons etc. Coordinate with vendors to maintain smooth operations of IT Infrastructure. Provide Support to users about their software's such as Loan Management, Hotel Management, with the help of vendors. Strong knowledge about Office 365, active directory, domain, MS office. Monitor CCTV and resolve issues with the help of Vendor. Knowledge about Fortigate firewall configuration especially VPN. Resolve all connectivity issues with our branches. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Train users on new software and hardware Answer technical questions and guide users on using software and hardware

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
