Key Responsibilities

Define and implement a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud platforms across UK, USA, and India. Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) including user access, group policies, and identity management. Configure, manage, and monitor firewall and network security using Fortinet and/or Sophos solutions. Ensure strong cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms. Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence. Support and maintain CMS, CRM, ERP, and publishing systems. Provide remote IT support to global users and stakeholders. Manage IT budgets, vendors, licences, renewals, and procurement. Establish IT policies, SOPs, and compliance standards. Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles. Azure Fundamental certification with hands-on Azure experience. Microsoft 365 certification or equivalent hands-on expertise. Strong practical experience in: Active Directory & Azure AD (Entra ID) Fortinet and/or Sophos firewall configuration and management Network security, VPNs, and endpoint protection Experience managing multi-location / international IT operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
