Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

IT Manager

to plan, implement, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations. The role involves overseeing hardware, software, networks, data security, and ensuring uninterrupted IT services across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, systems, networks, and POS environments Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals Ensure smooth operation of

ERP, billing, POS, CCTV, biometric, and networking systems

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for head office and branch locations Plan and implement IT policies, SOPs, and data security protocols Manage backups, data protection, antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity measures Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software support, and IT procurement Monitor system performance and ensure minimum downtime Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and compliance records Support management with IT-related planning, upgrades, and cost optimization
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

IT / Computer Science / Engineering

or related field 4-8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or IT management Strong knowledge of networking, servers, hardware, and operating systems Experience with ERP systems, retail IT environments, and POS systems Hands-on troubleshooting and team coordination skills Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience

Experience in

retail, textile, or multi-branch organizations

Knowledge of cloud systems, data security, and disaster recovery planning

Pay: ₹45,285.49 - ₹64,381.17 per month
