The Role

We are looking for a hands-on
IT Manager
for a 6-month extendable contract to lead and execute critical IT infrastructure and operations initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building foundational IT processes from the ground up while also managing day-to-day IT systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient IT operations.

What You'll Do
------------------
Design and implement core IT processes, policies, and workflows across the organization
Set up and manage
SSO (Single Sign-On)
solutions to streamline and secure access management
Take ownership of
endpoint management (device lifecycle management)
, including provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security using tools like Intune, Jamf, or similar
Administer and optimize
Active Directory
and identity management systems
Ensure secure and scalable onboarding/off boarding processes and access controls
Support the rollout of collaboration tools, software licenses, and IT hardware
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner
Maintain documentation of systems and procedures for internal reference
What You'll Bring
---------------------
6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration, including team or project leadership
Strong, hands-on experience with:
+ SSO setup and management (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)
+ Endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji)
+ Active Directory and related tools Proven track record in building or scaling IT processes in a growing organization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment is a plus
Preferred Certifications
(not mandatory, but a strong plus):
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Okta Certified Administrator / Okta Certified Consultant
Jamf 200/300 Certifications (for Mac endpoint management)
CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Network+
* ITIL Foundation Certification (for process setup and IT service management)
