In this position, you will lead a team of system administrators to manage a 24*7*365 work environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate significant, measurable proficiency and be able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential issues and areas of improvement in the existing environment. If you are up for the challenge and someone who can think outside the box apply today! Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the IT support team and IT staff. Evaluate and control IT and electronic data operations. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. Collaborate with users and system functionalities to align with organizational policies. Identify and address problem areas with timely and effective solutions. Research and recommend network, hardware, and software solutions based on specific requirements. Serve as the Information Security Officer for the IT Department. Effectively oversee IT/Cybersecurity compliance and conduct annual risk assessments. Introduce innovation, implement tools and best practices. Collaborate with relevant authorities and interest groups in the area of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Develop and administer disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity during crises. Manage IT software and hardware procurements and ensure compliance with software and hardware requirements. Oversee license management and asset management. Perform capacity planning for IT requirements. Design the architecture to meet internal and stakeholder needs. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with external vendors for IT-related products and services. Deliver infrastructure to stakeholders after thorough verification of requirements. Demonstrate expertise in internal and external audit management, including ISO/IEC 27001:2023 and ISO 9001:2015. Possess the required knowledge and skills for the role of CISO. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Over 12 years of relevant experience in Windows Administration. MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred). Good knowledge of VMware, Windows server administration, network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Good knowledge of Firewall and best security practices, including Antivirus. Proficient in G-suite, Adobe, and O365 administration. Strong working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications. Exceptional multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with a strong attention to detail. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a small business environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrable ability to discuss and resolve security-related issues, uphold policies, and remain sensitive to business and technology drivers.
