We are looking for an experienced and reliable

IT Manager

to oversee and manage our entire IT infrastructure and support digital operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's computer network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls). Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of all IT systems and provide timely technical support. Handle corporate email setup and configuration (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) and integration with business tools. Manage and support ERP systems (especially

Odoo

) -- user creation, access control, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware repairs, AMC, and software licensing. Monitor data backups, cybersecurity measures, and preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with IT policies and support company-wide digital initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology

,

Computer Science

, or a related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or system administration. Strong understanding of

networking

hardware maintenance

Windows/Linux

systems. Hands-on experience with

email and application configurations

. Familiarity with
