Job Summary: As the IT Manager for KMS Pharma, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the information technology infrastructure, software development, and digital solutions supporting our clinical trial and formulation development services. You will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and deliver innovative technology solutions. Your expertise in software development and knowledge of server security, cloud storage, backup strategies, and network support will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective and efficient IT operations. 2. Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions, including a QA-audited form issuance system and a volunteer registration software for Bioavailability/Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies. 3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT strategies to support clinical trial, formulation development, and analytical development services. 4. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server security protocols, ensuring data protection and privacy compliance. 5. Manage both cloud-based and local storage solutions, optimizing data management and accessibility for various departments. 6. Establish and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure data integrity and business continuity. 7. Provide network support, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable connectivity for internal users and external partners. 8. Stay updated with the latest IT trends, security threats, and industry best practices, and proactively implement relevant changes to enhance the company\'s IT capabilities. 9. Develop and manage IT budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware and software resources. 10. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize IT services and support contracts. Qualifications and Experience: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications would be advantageous. 2. Minimum of 5-6 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a focus on software development and IT infrastructure in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry. 3. Expertise in software development, with experience in creating QA-audited form issuance systems and software for volunteer registration in BA/BE studies. 4. Strong knowledge of server security protocols, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity best practices. 5. Proven experience in managing cloud-based and local storage solutions, optimizing data storage, and ensuring data integrity. 6. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies. 7. Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN management, VPN, and firewall configuration. 8. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. 9. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 10. Prior experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical services organization is highly desirable.
