Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to reduce downtime.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and enterprise applications.
Manage network-related issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) using CCNA/CCNP-level expertise.
Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and software installations.
Administer and troubleshoot
Active Directory
, user accounts, and access controls.
Train end-users and create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with IT teams to enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance.
Maintain and track IT inventory including hardware assets and software licenses.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT professionals or vendors as necessary.
Manage support tickets in systems like
ServiceNow

Jira
, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
