Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Strategy

: Plan, direct, and evaluate IT operations; align technology with hospital goals; manage budgets and costs.

Staff & Team Leadership

: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate IT staff; set performance expectations.

Infrastructure Management

: Oversee servers, networks (LAN/WAN), hardware, software, and cloud services; manage installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Data Security & Compliance

: Ensure data security, privacy, and integrity; manage backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with regulations like HIPAA.

System Support

: Manage help desk services, troubleshoot issues, support Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), and ensure equipment interface maintenance.

Vendor & Project Management

: Coordinate with third-party providers; manage technology projects and system rollouts.
Core Focus Areas:

System Reliability

: Minimizing downtime for critical patient care systems.

User Support

: Providing technical assistance to doctors, nurses, and admin staff.

Regulatory Adherence

: Ensuring IT systems meet strict healthcare standards.
Essential Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of healthcare IT challenges. Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
Qualification:

Bachelors in computer science or IT
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
