Job Description

Responsibilities:- o Manages the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology department o Sound knowledge in all IT compliances especially with HIPAA Compliance. o Sound knowledge in all IT compliances especially with HIPAA Compliance. o Planning the information technology future for the organization, as well as for the implementation and maintenance of current systems. o Ensure maximum uptime and stability in the company\xe2\x80\x99s computer systems and networks. o Ensures that all aspects of technology are compliant with applicable requirements to ensure appropriate controls, policies and procedures, and other requirements are in place. o Rally the team around the technology plan and path for the company, especially when new training is needed for upgrades and system changes. o Actively collaborates with the appropriate departments and outside vendors to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs. o Analyze complex new business needs presented by organizational management and recommends technical solutions. o Works with IT team to develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives. o Manages department costs and evaluates vendors and products to ensure proper support balanced with cost efficiency. o Reviews hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursues master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale. o Directs development and execution of a robust security environment and enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan. o Supervises recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all technical staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies. o Oversees and manages projects and staff to assure project deadlines are met, escalates issues for appropriate and timely resolution, and adheres to project management methodologies. o Will evaluate the current systems and oversee any potential system migration. Plan for the team\xe2\x80\x99s training requirement o Perform and participate in compliance risk assessment. o Provide Training and Awareness sessions to the team as per his/her operational job requirement. o Ensure the team is aware and familiar with their job responsibilities and applicable standards and guidelines. o Ensure that the team member is aware his/her code of conduct o Conduct feedback session with the team member for any fraud, waste and abuse activity noticed. o Report to The Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer or to the committee/board of directors on any violation noticed from a team member where it requires an escalation. o Ensure corrective actions are carried out for the IT related issues, compliance issues/ violations and audit findings. o Ensure that the team member achieves the department goals. o Participate in IT related compliance and documentation education program Requirements:- o Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems o Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills o Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects o Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills o Team oriented Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
