• Knowledge of Desktop, Laptop system administration installations, security and user management
• Knowledge of Windows server administration
• Knowledge of Networking/Lan/Wan
• Knowledge of Antivirus products and Endpoint Security
• Knowledge of Firewall, Routers, SD-Wan, access switch, Core switch, and WiFi devices
• Managing Cloud servers
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure administration
• Ability to provide end-user system support \xe2\x80\x93OS, MS office, Printer configuration, etc.,
• Knowledge of Network Printers(MFD) configuration
• Knowledge on Backup and Restore with tools like Veeam/Acronis/Veritas
• Knowledge of Traditional/IP EPABX and IP phone configuration
• Managing /Tracking of IT expenses
• Co-ordination and management of with IS support Vendor
• Supporting in Installation of applications relating to Instrument systems/manufacturing equipment/business applications
• Managing Audio Conference equipment and knowledge of cloud conference tools, like WebEx, Teams, Zoom, etc.,
• Supporting the Regulatory requirements relating to 21 CFR Part 11 and User management.
