Position: IT Executive & Maintenance Executive
Location: Various locations in Patna, Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned, applications from anywhere in the country are welcome)
**Responsibilities: **
- Provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software issues.
- Resolve technical support requests from staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Log and track bugs and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as required.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including tips and tricks for online databases and websites.
- Conduct introductory online and classroom training sessions for company products.
- Resolve technical issues promptly using available resources within the company.
Requirements
**Requirements: **
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT technical support and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
