As the IT Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the productivity of computer users and improving employee satisfaction through assisting with any procedural or operating difficulty involving IT applications, Infrastructure, endpoints, or services.
Job Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests within the office.
Deliver excellent customer service through all employee interactions.
Manage user onboarding/offboarding including provisioning accounts, devices, and access control.
Oversee SaaS applications including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
Maintain firewall (Fortinet) rules, routing and switching configuration, VPN tunnels, and network monitoring.
Implement endpoint protection, patch management, and device compliance policies.
Manage licensing, security, and access control for systems and applications.
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software, and accessories.
Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and contract compliance.
Self-Starter to IT projects that stretch beyond your comfort zone and do required research for solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and/or combination of minimum 5 years total IT experience
3+ years of Windows AD domain & Server experience
3+ years of Desktop support experience
2+ years of Networking experience
2+ year of Cloud computing experience; preferably Azure
2+ years Office 365 experience
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of asking targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of a problem
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Independent self-starter that will act on needs as they arise
Highly motivated team player that's seeks best in class customer service
Understand how environmental changes can impact the business

Power Platform Fundamentals
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
Working Environment
Microsoft Hybrid Environment - Windows clients, Windows Servers, local Domain Controllers, Azure, Entra, Intune, Autopilot, M365.
Conditions may include working inside and/or outside. May work around office machinery with moving parts and moving objects. Working near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone. Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation.
Physical Job Requirements
