Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring

scalability, compliance, and innovation.

Oversee ERPNext, Field Assist SFA, Zylem integration, and analytics platforms, ensuring seamless

adoption and utilization.

Manage IT infrastructure including cloud, network, and cybersecurity with focus on reliability and

regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions

that enhance performance.

Lead vendor evaluation, negotiation, and management to deliver cost-effective, timely, and value-

driven IT solutions.

Provide support and continuous improvement for field force operations, inventory, and order

management systems.
