Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
Qualify leads based on requirements and budget
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Skills Required
Good communication and research skills
Basic understanding of IT & digital services
Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, or cold calling (preferred)
Lead qualification and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Eligibility
Freshers or candidates with 6 months+ experience
in lead generation, IT sales support, or digital marketing
Any graduate or equivalent qualification
B2B lead generation experience is a plus
