Key Responsibilities
Contact and qualify inbound and outbound IT leads via calls and emails
Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT service solutions
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel
Share proposals, pricing, and service details with prospects
Coordinate with senior sales consultants for deal closures
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up updates in CRM systems
Achieve daily conversion targets and monthly revenue goals
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers
Interest in IT services, software, or digital solutions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Willingness to learn sales techniques and conversion processes
For Experienced Candidates
Minimum 6 months of experience in lead conversion, inside sales, or IT sales
Proven ability in follow-ups and deal closures
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines
