Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on inbound leads received through websites, advertisements, calls, and enquiries
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their business and technical requirements
Present and explain IT or digital solutions in a clear and professional manner
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
Conduct regular follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Prepare and share quotations and proposals with clients
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in CRM or tracking systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after sales closure
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets

Experience and Qualifications
