What You will do: The Lead Business Analyst for the Supply Chain team is a thought leader who is responsible for understanding business needs and processes and to act as a partnered liaison between the business and the technical team. He/She will be responsible for providing knowledge and expertise to IS, the business teams and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization. He/She will show high senses of accountability and is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the all stakeholders . He/She is responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups and IS technical teams. Essential duties & responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationship with the Divisional teams and functional teams. Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements Define tangible requirements/ use cases and create documentation that align desired technology output to commercial objectives Lead programs/pr oject testing strategy and execution Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education. What You Need: Bachelor\'s degree required Bachelor\'s in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems preferred Qualifications & experience: Minimum 6+ years of professional experience required Experience with Supply chain functional kn owledge , with knowledge on demand planning Preferred to have experience with these technologies - Microsoft, ADO, Oracle, SAP , SQL, Power BI Prefeered to have experience on SDLC, Project management, Agile metho dology Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control is required Experience with process mapping is required . Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required. Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required Experience working with high level business stakeholders is required . Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred. Detailed oriented and posses strong listening, written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate and lead sessions with different stakeholders.
