DMS (Dealer Management Systems)
will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update inventory and customer data in showroom software (DMS, CRM, etc.)
Coordinate with sales and service departments for data entry and reporting
Generate MIS reports and maintain backups
Handle system troubleshooting and IT support within the showroom
Ensure smooth operation of showroom management systems
Requirements:
Proven experience in EDP or IT support (Automobile industry experience preferred)
Knowledge of showroom/DMS software (e.g., AutoDX, DMS, CRM tools)
Proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and report generation
Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
