A Machine Operator's role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery in a production environment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Machine Setup and Operation:

Prepare machines for production by following specifications, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functioning.

Monitoring and Adjustments:

Continuously observe machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal speed, efficiency, and quality.

Quality Control:

Inspect products, identify defects, and remove non-conforming items to maintain quality standards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot minor issues, and report any major malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production data, and any issues encountered.

Material Handling:
