Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic

IT Intern

to support our technical operations, troubleshooting, software installations, and network maintenance. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

system setup, configuration, and maintenance

. Provide

technical support

for hardware, software, and network issues. Help troubleshoot

PCs, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi, and office devices

. Install/upgrade

software and operating systems

. Maintain records of IT assets, performance logs, and tickets. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements. Support in

data backup, security checks, and system updates

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of

computer hardware, networking, OS (Windows/Linux)

. Understanding of

LAN, IP address, formatting, and antivirus tools

. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Pursuing or completed

BCA/B.Tech/B.Sc IT/Computer Science

or relevant diploma.

Freshers are welcome.
